Third Coast Training is a USA Triathlon Certified Performance Center catering to Greater Houston triathlon clubs, teams, coaches, and triathletes of all abilities. We believe that everyone from the off the couch beginner to elite competitor is capable of achieving his or her athletic goals.

Coaching

One of our experienced triathlon coaches will work with you to create a program that is ideal for you to follow in the weeks and months leading up to your race. We offer the best triathlon swim training and run training program in Houston. If you're looking for triathlon training in Houston but are bit overwhelmed on where to start, no worries. Join today and participate in our challenges and get access to free training plans that cater to beginners ready to get off the couch. We make it hard to say no. You can do it!

Club Training Plan: $10/mo

Join the fun and get prepped for local events / races. At the events / races on the calendar you'll find the team tent and our massage therapists. The club plan is ideal for beginners looking to get more active but still have fun. Training zones are based on perceived exertion. To take it up a notch we recommend getting a zone check.

Custom Training Plan: $100/mo

This option is great for individuals looking for a plan that is tailored to their specific training needs, their availability, goals, and their specific events. A zone check is required to setup training zones and review current fitness status. It is the cornerstone of your training plan

Single Sport All-Inclusive Training Program: $300/mo

This option is ideal for individuals training for a marathon, cycling event / season, or an open water event(s) and need all the tools at their disposal without worrying about blowing their monthly training budget. This package includes testing (Zone Checks) to setup training zones and evaluate the individuals current fitness status, retesting to monitor progress, a custom training plan, monthly sport massage, and more. We recommend scheduling a consult to discuss your specific needs and so we can walk you through this option.

Multi-Sport All-Inclusive Training Program: $400/mo

This option is ideal for individuals training for active season, half ironman, or Ironman. This package includes Zone Check testing (Swim, Bike and Run) to setup training zones and evaluate the individuals current fitness status, retesting to monitor progress, a custom training plan, monthly sport massage, swim instruction, and more. We recommend scheduling a consult to discuss your specific needs and so we can walk you through this option.
