If you are training for an active cycling season, charity event or just for fun, we recommend using a program designed uniquely for you, based on your current fitness level and goals. This means we use scientific testing to measure your current fitness level and design workouts to get you to your goal.

The Metabolic profile (VO2 Max) will tell you  where you reach your anaerobic threshold and how aerobically efficient you are across your aerobic base, having a wide and efficient aerobic base is critical for cycling performance, particularly on longer distance rides.

Know how many calories you burn when cycling so you'll be able to fuel up effectively for your training rides and races. With this information we will be able to prescribe a custom training program to get real results.

With this valuable information and correct training regime your body will make adaptations which will improve your aerobic capacity and cycling efficiency, help move your anaerobic threshold higher, train your body to burn fat as a preferred fuel.

As your aerobic capacity and efficiency improves you will notice how much easier the climbs become, you will be able to recover quicker after high intensity efforts. You will shed any unwanted excessive pounds.
