Get Started Upon enrollment we’ll have you complete a thorough training profile and have you schedule for a Cycling VO2 assessment, body comp, and movement screen. What levels you start at on your assessment are determined by several factors including you current training practices and your body weight. The VO2 assessment is performed and from this analysis, your coach will precisely determine your Aerobic Zones, which are then used to design your training program according to your individual needs. This process is used in setting training intensity levels for beginners through elite athletes. Depending on which plan you choose there may be periodic assessments to monitor your progress.
