Are you weak through the bottom of your pedal stroke or having difficulty generating power over the top? Experience has shown that after an initial pedal stroke evaluation most people can improve their pedaling efficiency by as much as 20-25% in their first session alone.

The Day of your appointment:
  • Wear comfortable clothes (your typical workout clothes).  
  • Bring your bike.
  • Please clean your tires and if you have a MTB please have a fatboy (slick tire) put on the rear wheel.
