This is about getting faster, running without pain, reducing risk of running injuries, and improving stamina. Each Running Technique session you’ll learn drills and exercises to improve performance. The drills and exercises are tailored to your needs and it will take some regular practice and concentration to master a proper running technique.
You’ll notice your progress as you lengthen your stride; increase your cadence or both, using a combination of improved strength, fitness and proper running technique.
The private session is one hour in length and is suitable for beginners.
In between sessions it’s recommended that you practice and focus on the drills learned before scheduling your next session.
