The Zone Check will tell you at the exact heart rates you are most effective at burning fat as an energy source, the point at which you no longer effectively burn fat and start to burn a greater amount of calories from sugar and the amount of calories you can consume each day without gaining weight.

With the results of these assessments we'll develop a weight loss program (fat loss) that will effectively have you burning fat and at the same time train the body to burn fat more effectively not only during exercise but also as you go about your daily business and at rest.

As well as losing weight at the same time you will be improving your fitness level which means you will have more energy, and less stress. All effective weight loss programs (fat loss) will include exercise, however many people workout at to higher intensity, thinking that there is no gain without pain.


Many personal trainers will tell you that you burn more calories at these harder intensities (which is true, except they don't tell you they could all be coming from sugar). Maximize your weight loss training by working out at the intensity that yields a higher fat burn rate and improves your fat burning ability.


Also at these intensities the body does not make the adaptations that would improve the body's fat burning ability. Don't guess where you should be training.


Your custom training plan will be built according to your availability to train (walk, jog, run, swim, or ride a bike) and allow you to train at home, your gym or wherever you feel comfortable. With our science-based training program you'll improve a better fat burning engine.

Note: The primary focus of this program is to drop weight via fat loss.

Racing is not recommended during this period. Gains in speed will be realized as your efficiency will improve due to the loss in weight. Combining the loss of weight with racing leads to the high probability of over-training due to the lack of fuel (calorie restriction). The number one cause of over-training is carb depletion. Once your target weight is achieved then we recommend then shifting the focus (goal) to performance and adjust the training plan accordingly.
