Monthly Coach Review: $75/mo - Signup

This option is great for individuals that have a busy work and social schedule that makes it difficult to follow a formal training plan but are in need of guidance based on the workouts they have been able to log and the goals they're trying to achieve. A coach will be assigned to review your uploaded training sessions to our website.  A zone check is required to setup training zones and review current fitness status. Each month your coach will review your progress and make recommendations to your training regimen based on your completed workouts.

 

Custom Training Plan: $150/mo - Signup

This option is great for individuals looking for a plan that is tailored to their specific training needs, their availability, goals, and their specific events. A zone check is required to setup training zones and review current fitness status. It is the cornerstone of your training plan.

Single Sport (Cycling, Running or Swimming) All-Inclusive Training Program: $300/mo* - Signup

This option is ideal for individuals training for a marathon, cycling event / season, or an open water event(s) and need all the tools at their disposal without worrying about blowing their monthly training budget. This package includes testing (Zone Checks) to setup training zones and evaluate the individuals current fitness status, retesting to monitor progress, a custom training plan, monthly sport massage, and more. We recommend scheduling a consult to discuss your specific needs and so we can walk you through this option.

Triathlon All-Inclusive Training Program: $400/mo* - Signup

This option is ideal for individuals training for active season, half ironman, or Ironman. This package includes Zone Check testing (Swim,Bike, and Run) to setup training zones and evaluate the individuals current fitness status, retesting to monitor progress, a custom training plan, monthly sport massage, swim instruction, and more. We recommend scheduling a consult to discuss your specific needs and so we can walk you through this option.

Add a family member to your program (single sport / multi sport): $200/mo - Signup

 

*TRAINING PROGRAM / PLAN TERMS / CANCELLATION POLICY:

All-Inclusive Training Programs requires a 6 month minimum commitment if you would like the initial testing included. No holds or suspension of account during this period. After 6 billing cycles please give a 30 day notice of cancellation if you wish to cancel your training program. All inclusive packages include custom training plan, Zone Check testing, RMR, technique training, and sport massages.

Custom Training Plan requires a 3 month minimum commitment. No holds or suspension of account during this period. After 3 billing cycles please give a 30 day notice of cancellation if you wish to cancel your training plan.
