The Cycling Power Profile is a comprehensive examination of how peak anaerobic power, VO2 peak, anaerobic threshold, and aerobic threshold compare
to each other.
The ideal way to determine these points and their
relationships is with a Cycling Wingate Anaerobic test, Zone Check (VO2 max) and Lactate assessment. Upon completion of the Cycling tests we'll review your
data (results vs. Ideal) and have determined what needs to be trained
so you can set training priorities.
Your first priority is to train the
area with the biggest percentage difference between your score and the
ideal.
